Shakshuka



Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Overall time: 20 minutes

Recipe Ingredients:
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil
· 1- (14 oz.) can chickpeas
· ½ red onion, diced
·  3 cloves of garlic, minced
·  1 teaspoon of cumin
·  ½ teaspoon of salt
·  ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
·  1- (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
·  4 large eggs
·  1 oz. feta
·   Parsley


Cooking Instructions:
1. Turn the Ninja to Stove Top High and preheat for about 5 to 7 minutes.

2.  Add the chickpeas, onion and garlic. Set your

3. Ninja to cook for about 5 minutes. When the time is up.

3.  Add the cumin, pepper flakes and salt. Give everything a good stir and add tomatoes.

4. Then crack the eggs on top. Turn to the Oven setting of 350°F and bake for about 7 minutes, or until eggs are set.

5.  Garnish with feta and parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
